I haven’t seen many pests lately, so do I really need regular pest control for my villa or apartment?

It’s a common question, especially when everything seems fine on the surface. But many pests stay hidden for weeks or even months before becoming noticeable, and by the time you start seeing them regularly, the infestation may already be established.

For most villas and apartments, pest control is recommended every 3 months as part of a preventive maintenance plan. Regular treatments help reduce the risk of infestations and keep common household pests under control before they become a larger problem.
